Dr. Debajyoti Banerjee brings nearly 10 years of clinical and academic teaching experience in pediatric and neonatal healthcare. Having completed both his MBBS (Gold Medalist) and MD Pediatrics from Himalayan Hospital, Uttarakhand, he has dedicated his practice to providing evidence-based, compassionate medical care for newborns, infants, children, and adolescents across Athoorwala, Vistapith, Jolly Grant, Bhaniyawala, Doiwala, Dehradun, and surrounding hill communities of Uttarakhand.
He is certified as an Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) Provider, accredited by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and National Neonatology Forum (NNF), India, and an Advanced Pediatric Acute Life Support (PALS) Provider, accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA). He is also a Life Member of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) and the National Neonatology Forum (NNF).
His distinguished career includes former clinical and institutional associations as Ex. Senior Resident, Himalayan Hospital, UK, India, Ex. AIIMS Rishikesh, and medical officer with Ex. ITBP Force (Indo-Tibetan Border Police). In recognition of his scholarly acumen and clinical dedication, he was honored with the prestigious Indus Foundation Academic Excellence Award 2017.
An active contributor to clinical research and academic medicine: Several original research papers have been published in PubMed, National Library of Medicine, United States, indexed journals like British Medical Journal (BMJ), Journals of Springer Nature, Cureus Journal, and several others.
